LETR AI

September 2026 Update

Greetings from LETR AI (formerly LETR WORKS)!

The latest update, v3.2.0, was deployed on September 7, 2026. It is a major release that bundles every change rolled out to the production service since v2.11.4 in April, including the v3.0.x and v3.1.x releases. Here are the highlights.

1. Highlights

1-1. 2026 design renewal

The new design system is applied across every screen. Colors are now organized as semantic tokens for a more consistent look throughout the service.

1-2. New: Media Sales Kit

The Media Sales Kit lets you share videos securely and see at a glance how they are being watched.

  • DRM-protected playback and watermarks on share pages
  • Viewing analytics and a workspace-wide summary view
  • Bulk email registration from an Excel file
  • Real-time notifications in the inquiry panel
1-3. Billing and subscriptions
  • New pricing and billing pages.
  • Subscriptions, card registration and credit top-ups are handled inside the service.
  • A workspace usage page has been added.
  • The TEAM plan has been renamed to the PRO plan.
1-4. Unified folder management

Projects and Assets now share a common sidebar and a full-screen view, and the distinction between groups and folders has been cleaned up.

1-5. Stronger assets and assetization
  • Server-rendered previews for document (docx) and Office files.
  • Improved TM/TB editor workflow.
  • Improved speech-bubble OCR integration.
1-6. AI Signal
  • Category detail tabs now show live data.
  • Choose the measurement model per provider.
  • Automatic diagnosis status is shown, and the feature now carries a “Beta” badge.

2. New features

  • PSD file upload for webtoon projects.
  • Upload a subtitle file and choose the DRM option when creating a video project; a DRM badge is shown in the project list.
  • Linked projects inherit the issues of their parent project.
  • The project list shows when subtitle replacement is complete and the video duration.
  • Per-worker segment color bars are now consistent across the video, document and image editors.
  • Preview toggle and an additional information panel in the document editor.
  • A “Warning” option in the subtitle status filter, and an SRT download option with trailing periods removed.
  • Choose how to handle conflicts in the glossary upload result dialog.
  • Workspace usage sidebar and a project creation button at the top of the home screen.
  • Full-screen loading overlay while navigating between pages.
  • Quick-jump buttons («, ») that move three pages at a time in pagination.

3. Bug fixes

  • Image translation downloads returned the watermarked original instead of the translated image.
  • Broken timecodes in SRT/VTT downloads and an empty line inserted between two-line subtitles.
  • The video froze while a transcription job was running.
  • Inconsistent case handling in search and replace; bulk replace with an empty string is now disabled.
  • Data from the previous workspace remained visible after switching workspaces.
  • Project creation: the project name was ignored when uploading a folder, title numbering for multiple videos, the upload progress bar stuck at 10%, and missing source languages.
  • Added an error message when the progress history download fails, and fixed the “per sentence (subtitle)” value showing as Infinity.
  • Media Sales Kit: viewing time shown as NaN, a render loop on the analytics screen, and DRM playback recovery.
  • Squashed webtoon thumbnail rows, video metadata parsing, and the message shown when the asset upload quota is exceeded.
  • Project deletion is now reflected on screen only after the server confirms it.

4. Performance

  • Video editor: removed duplicate requests, cached URLs, and moved waveform processing to a separate worker.
  • Faster loading in the image editor.
  • Home dashboard data is loaded in parallel and served by a server-side aggregation API.

5. Security

  • Upgraded key libraries to their latest versions.
  • Logging out now invalidates the authentication token on the server as well.
  • Download URL requests now carry the authentication token.

We remain committed to continuous improvement in performance and convenience. See you in the next update.

Thank you.
