Here is a round-up of the three releases applied in August. The latest version is v2.8.19.

v2.8.18 (August 5)
1. Improvements and changes
- Video editor: clicking a time in the issue panel now moves the video, sentence and waveform to that time.
- Video editor: added bulk subtitle shifting.
- Video projects: removed YouTube-related text from the creation screen.
- Image projects: a JSON file of image sentences can be uploaded together with the images.
- Image editor: sentences for an image now include the image order in their index.
2. Bug fixes
- Fixed audio not playing in dubbing projects.
- Fixed the dubbing editor playing the wrong audio when switching between the original and dubbed tabs.
- Fixed newline characters (\n) showing on screen.
- Fixed thumbnails, sentences and images getting out of sync in the image editor.
- Fixed notification status not changing after being read.
- Fixed subtitle splitting not working in the video editor.
- Added validation so that invalid email addresses cannot be entered.
- Fixed wrong sentences being matched to other images when calculating bubble images in the image editor.
- Fixed images and JSON files not matching when many files with long URLs were uploaded to an image project.

- Image editor: hovering over a thumbnail shows the original file name.

- Fixed the first sentence jumping to the end when a sentence was marked complete in the image editor.
v2.8.19 (August 26)
1. Improvements and changes
- Decoupled the video from subtitles and waveform, with a sync ON/OFF switch.
- Extended multilingual support and fixed related issues.
- Added and reorganized many playback and editing shortcuts (Ctrl/Cmd + P play/pause, Ctrl/Cmd + [ / ] to move 1 second, playback speed, repeat, add subtitle, and more; the full list is in the shortcut guide).
- Cmd + Enter now moves to the next sentence while keeping edit mode.
- Merged subtitles stay in edit mode; “new subtitle” became “split subtitle”; subtitles can be deleted even when a source text exists, and added while a worker avatar is selected.
- Moved the notification popup, and made the issue, delete and search dialogs operable with Enter and Esc.
- When a related project is created after completion, the project shows whether it can be set back to in progress.
2. Bug fixes
- Fixed the complete button and Cmd/Ctrl + Enter not updating the completion status.
- Fixed edit mode not being kept on the next sentence when moving with the button or shortcut.
- Fixed the video jumping back to the start when repeat was turned off.
- Fixed shortcuts (Ctrl/Cmd + K, Ctrl + Cmd + I) not working in text projects.
- Fixed shortcuts not working in edit mode and a text editor focus issue.
- Fixed subtitles being added outside the worker’s range and the notification popup appearing in the wrong place.
