We are pleased to announce our first regular update of 2026. This notice provides details on the new features, improvements, and changes in this version.
The latest update, v2.11, was officially deployed on January 19 at 12:00 PM KST.

In this update, we have taken your valuable feedback and focused on improving security and user convenience. We have implemented many new detailed features to boost workflow efficiency, including improved security for DRM-protected videos and the ability to download subtitles for projects still "In Progress".
LETR WORKS utilizes DRM (Digital Rights Management) security to prevent unauthorized leaks and reproduction of valuable video content. With this update, we have further enhanced this security measure.
When playing a video with DRM applied, the user's email address (the email associated with their LETR WORKS account) will now be displayed as a watermark on the screen. This addition helps prevent potential security incidents during tasks and ensures your content is managed even more securely.
Previously, subtitles could only be downloaded after a project was finalized, which caused some inconvenience. We heard your voice and have improved the feature so that you can download subtitles at any time, even while the project is still "In-Progress".
This feature is available for all workflow stages except for the "Transcription" phase.
How to Download Subtitles:
1) On the Workspace screen, click the 'Expand Info (>)' button on the left side of the in-progress project.
2) Click the 'More (···)' button on the far right of the expanded information area.
3) Select 'Download SRT Subtitles' from the menu to start the download.
1) Term Base (TB) Integration Fix: We’ve fixed a synchronization issue between Term Base (TB) settings and the 'Replace Subtitles' tool. Your TB configurations will now remain active and be applied accurately whenever you replace subtitles within a project.
2) Extended Notification Duration: To ensure users clearly notice the status of their subtitle replacement, we have extended the display time for "Success" and "Failure" notifications to 10 seconds. This allows you to verify your task results without missing the notification.
We have refined the exposure settings and access control for the LLM Prompt feature, which was first introduced last December. This update ensures a more structured and precise management of your LLM prompt.
The LLM Prompt feature allows users apply custom translation guidelines and instructions freely. With this update, saved prompts are now segregated and appear independently within their respective workspaces.
-Independency: Prompts created in "Workspace A" can only be viewed and used within that specific workspace.
-Security and Convenience: Since prompts from Workspace A are not accessible to other workspaces (such as Workspace B), you can manage prompts tailored to the specific nature of each workspace more securely and conveniently.
To prevent confusion during collaboration in multi-party projects, we have subdivided the prompt deletion right.
-Designated Deletion Rights: Saved LLM prompts can only be deleted by the "Workspace Owner" or the "Author" who registered the prompt.
-Restricted Deletion Rights: Administrators or other general users cannot arbitrarily delete prompts they did not create themselves.
-Subtitle Split State Retention: Improved the subtitle splitting process so that the status and attributes of the original subtitle are preserved after being split.
-Workspace Logo Standardization: Standardized the workspace logo size to 280x36 and updated the preview display to correctly reflect these proportions.
-Search Fix for Edited Text: Resolved an issue where the most recent edits were not saved when re-searching for specific text.
