A video production company produces preview notes for raw footage automatically with LETR AI

A video production company is using the LETR AI (formerly LETR WORKS) AI preview note to produce review documents for its raw footage automatically. The work runs from July to December 2026.

A preview note lists who said what and when in the raw footage, and which scenes it contains, with timecodes. Before editing, someone used to watch all of the footage and write this by hand; LETR AI now does it with speech transcription and video-understanding AI. The production team can jump straight to the segments they need and start editing.

The AI preview note has been used in broadcast and video production since its launch in August 2024. See the preview note posts on our blog for details.
