What image do you have of the job of a translator? I think I can think of a person who works as a freelancer and is very relaxed rather than working somewhere. If you're in the business, you know that reality is very different. You have to be very busy from the time you receive the translation request until the request is completed. Translation companies that manage and supervise all processes that take place between clients and translators must ensure that all processes proceed smoothly. Only then will we be able to satisfy all translators and clients who use translation companies. To do this, a translation management system is essential.
