Following last year, the 5th exhibition, the Next Rise 2023 event, was held.
The Next Rise 2023 event will be held for two days from June 1 (Thu) to 2 (Fri), at Hall A and B on the 1st floor, Grand Ballroom, and 2nd floor (ASEM Ballroom) of COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul.
Next Rise is the largest single venture and startup event in Korea. It is a startup festival where venture/startup entrepreneurs, accelerators, venture investors, industry leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders form meaningful networks, share insights, and showcase disruptive innovation.
Organisations from the NST National Science and Technology Research Association, KOVA Venture Business Association, and KVCA Korea Venture Capital Association will host the KDB Industrial Bank and KITA Korea Trade Association. It is known to the public as the largest open innovation festival in Korea, created by various entities in the domestic and international venture ecosystem in collaboration.

It is said that more than 350 exhibitions and IR events were held at the NextRise 2022 event last year, and more than 2,260 business cooperation and investment consultation meetups were held. I'm looking forward to surpassing last year's records this year.

This year, about 200 large global companies, midsize companies, and venture capital companies participated, and it is being held on the largest scale ever.
According to the organizers, in particular, the participation of large overseas global companies increased significantly compared to the previous year. (40 companies including Microsoft, Intel, and Ford participate) In Korea, 80 large and medium-sized companies including Hyundai Motor Company, LG Electronics, SKT, and POSCO, and 80 venture capital companies including Korea Investment Partners, LB Investment, and KB Investment will participate.

Twigfarm also entered the GBEC finals, which is a side event of Next Rise. We were included in selecting only the top 10 teams.

: An event for outstanding startups that wish to expand overseas. Next Rise's target country for overseas expansion in 2023 is Singapore.
